suffering what i've learned in my life is that what comes out of this pain is a deeper connection

to source and a deeper connection to ourselves and a deeper understanding of what light feels like

because we can't feel the light and we can't know what the light is

without the darkness. For example, if I always felt happy all the time, I would never know what

happiness really was. Like you need the sadness to know what happiness is because our human

brains in our human experience use the contrast of things to identify this place of darkness

emerges that knowing and the understanding and that embracing of life and if you're in it right now

you know what you don't need to think about the light on the other side you just need to be in
