| 2:45.5 | or trying to make something happen. It can, some people get tense, but it is to stay relaxed, almost as if |
| 2:53.2 | you're not expecting anything to happen, but you're allowing it samadhi willing. |
| 3:00.2 | Samadhi willing, let the joy, the well-being spread. And one of the little tools for this is to have a little half-smile. |
| 3:13.8 | Turn up the corners of your mouth. |
| 3:15.6 | It's a little bit until you feel a sense of pleasure there. |
| 3:20.7 | And let that pleasure be the support to keep you connected, keep you here in the present moment. |
