The words about the practice, as I was meditating just now before, I was struck by the huge divide there can be in our lives between when we feel connected to ourselves,

0:28.0

connected to hear really well, and when we're disconnected. And one of the ways to be disconnected

0:34.1

is to be spending too much time in thinking, too much time we say

0:38.0

gloically in English in the head. And so we've caught up in our concerns, cut up in our,

1:58.4

And so one of the ways we practice with this is that when you find yourself primarily

2:03.3

involved in thoughts, whether it's words or whether it's images of visions of different things

2:10.6

that you might have, if you find that's going on, don't dismiss it, don't push it away, Don't try to immediately let go of it. But rather,

2:21.1
