So hello and welcome to this now 30-second talk on samadhi.

And this week, the orientation is a little bit of a review.

And part of the way of presenting this is that when you're practicing meditation, especially

samadhi, but anything, it's really valuable to always think of yourself as starting over as a

beginner. Don't come with a lot of expectations

that you know what to do,

you know how to meditate,

and you're going to just sit down and do your thing.

and maybe realize that we're often just beginning again.

And that we're all beginners.
