Good morning. Greetings. Hello. Those of us, those of you who are joining at this time after the guided meditation.

The guide meditation I dropped in this poem

called Sometimes by David White.

And David White, he has spoken about this poem in a number of different

settings and like you know some poets who never talk about their poems and they

just can offer them out to the world and let the world to interpret

them however they like. And David White in this poem he's spoken about in some rather large forums, I would say, that is with

Sam Harris on a podcast and with Oprah. So these are like two big forums. So where he's discussed this.

Maybe I'll say this poem a little bit and then I want to share some things that David White has shared about this poem.

It's called Sometimes by David White.

Sometimes if you move carefully through the forest,

breathing like the ones in the old stories.

You could cross a shimmering bed of leaves without a sound.

You come to a place.

Whose only task is to trouble you with tiny but frightening requests.

Conceived out of nowhere, but in this place beginning to lead everywhere.

Requests to stop what you are doing right now and to stop what you are becoming while you do it.

Questions that can make or unmake a life?

Questions that have patiently waited for you?
