That's great. Well, let's get started with this. What does mindfulness mean to you in your life?

Well, I think just what it says, if I could develop that, I'd like to share it.

Sometimes we go through life and we exaggerate

ourselves and puff ourselves up and look down on things. And we're too proud to admit what we see

in others inside ourselves. And sometimes we are too humble to admit what we see in others inside us

and look up at things. We put things on pedestals and put things in pits instead of put things in our heart.

But when we are too proud or too humble to admit what we see in others inside us, we have

disowned parts.

We're not full.
