Today's kind of an update. I've done a couple of episodes in the past where I've talked about my

morning routine and I've talked about habits and depth. In fact, if you go back through the

because habits make your life easier. A habit is something that makes it less necessary for you

to rely on motivation and discipline. If you have a habit, it becomes mindless. Like you just do it.

You just do it because you're looking forward to the way that you're going to feel. And that's

really important. Today's episode, what I'm going to share with you, isn't how to develop habits,

but the habits that I've developed that I believe, well, I'm positive, help me to feel normal,

help me stand track, and they make it so that I don't have to be as disciplined or as motivated.

I don't have to rely on motivation and discipline because I have these habits.

While most people start with their morning routine, what I'd like to do is talk to you about my

bedtime routine because I really believe my very productive morning has become so because I've

done a much better job of developing evening or bedtime habits. Okay, so let's start there.

Once I decide I'm ready to go to bed, which is usually it depends. Like I'm not going to tell you
