Summary

Terri Lonowski, M.Ed., is an accomplished thought leader, whose body of work in evolutionary communication is timely, impactful and deeply relevant, given today’s chaos and ‘loneliness pandemic’. Terri has had the honor of leading national Human Centered Design teams, which embraced empathy and Design Thinking, to showcase workforce innovations for the Obama Administration at The White House not once, but twice. Through this, professional and educational accomplishments, along with her own loneliness journey and inspiration from her Grandma Helga, Terri distinguished the five-elements of Soulful Listening™. When applied in our lives, these easily repeatable elements ease feelings of loneliness, create fulfilling connections, help us break free from limitations and inspire greater human potential. Thoughts on Breathing Breathing is essential. We just went through a brief experience and that is just at the core of who all of us are. Without breath, there's no life. Suggested Resources Book: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle Book: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill App: Calm Bullying Story In my family I had sibling bullying, my older brother. It would have been helpful to have those skills and tools at my disposal at that time. I fortunately later developed them and got to a place where I could have an understanding that those actions were from a place of pain within him. With that comes a soothing balm of love that could surround it all. At that moment when that was happening, that was rough. It knocks your self-esteem to the ground and a lot of self-doubt can creep in.
