It's now March 20th, 2020 as I record this, and I know that it's so important to help each other.

0:28.7

We all need to help each other the most we possibly can.

0:32.1

And one thing I can do is share a guided meditation because this time brings on a lot of anxiety and frustration and

0:42.5

confusion and so I want to share this guided meditation to bring calm to this time for you.

0:52.1

And before I do that, I want to share with you just five specific ideas that

0:57.8

type wash as if you were going into the surgery and you are going to be the the surgeon

1:38.6

Everybody out there keeps six feet distance at least.

2:03.5

wife just left she's a critical care nurse and she just left for the hospital and she

2:08.3

has to go out but most of us don't have to so don't leave your home unless you

2:15.2

absolutely have to the next one is live your life as if you have it.

2:23.2

Live your life as if you are carrying this around with you. And if you think that way,

2:28.7
