Today I'm going to talk about how working on your weaknesses can actually cause you to fail.

what is your unique genius and how did you figure it out? It's an awesome question. Thank you,

Joshua. So unique genius is also known as unique ability or just like what you are great at,

what you are best at, what you love to do. Some even say

what you were born to do if you believe in that kind of thing. So this is a really, really

important thing for human beings to figure out because if we can figure this out, we get to

spend all or the majority of our time doing the things that we love.

We love doing things that we're good at. We love being in our unique ability. This is also what

makes us the most successful in every area of life. It makes us the most money. It allows us to have our biggest impact,

right? When we can really be doing the thing that we're best at and continue getting better and

better and better at it, we have a bigger impact on the world and on the people in it. And if we

don't identify this, then we could just spend all of our time doing things that we

hate. We could be doing a lot of things half-assed, not enjoying our careers. The list goes on and on.

So this is a really, really important thing for us to figure out. But in school, we're taught to work on
