Welcome back. This is Michael Kaju and today I want to talk to you about five ways you can help people through personal development without giving advice. And this came up because someone reached out to me on Instagram.

Her name was Jasmine, and she said she wanted to hear my thoughts on helping people through personal development in general.

And she was some type of coach, I can't remember exactly what type of coach, but she said that

she tends to talk more than she listens. of

She said that she tends to talk more than she listens and I could just relate to that so so much and so I wanted to put this episode together and I think this is really important

for anyone that is a coach, a mentor, a leader, or even if you're just someone that wants to have a positive impact on those around you.

You're probably going to be in conversations with your friends, your loved ones,

etc, where they come to you for advice or support

or whatever it may be.

They're going through a challenge or an obstacle.

And that's your opportunity to have a really big impact on them.

And the way that you respond to that conversation,

the way that you show up in that conversation

is will determine how impactful,

how effective you are at actually helping them. If you master this, you are going to be able to get
