Hello, everybody. Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast. I am Elizabeth Benton.

0:05.9

This is our consistency 365 series mini-sodes that air in between our regular full-length

0:13.6

episodes on Mondays and Saturdays, where we address the things that stand in the way

0:19.6

of execution. When we know what to do, but getting ourselves to do it and do it regularly

0:24.8

is a whole other thing. I got a message from a client the other day and she said that

0:29.8

she was struggling with enthusiasm. I always talk about how enthusiasm is a superpower.

0:37.8

1:31.4

enthusiasm and I manufacture it intentionally by way of how I think about it in terms

1:36.9

of the result. I truly love walking down the stairs, turning the corner into my living

1:44.3

room and seeing the kitchen clean. I enjoy waking up and coming down to a sink that is

1:52.0

empty and clean, two countertops that are clear to the coffee maker ready to go and

1:57.4

not needing to be cleaned up from yesterday's coffee before I can make today's. So you

2:01.4

don't have to necessarily generate that enthusiasm about the process, but you do need to generate

2:08.0

enthusiasm about the outcome and revisit that feeling often. The more that you can manufacture
