I know for me if I feel like I'm rushed in my day, I tend to not be as patient with my

kids, I tend to not be as patient with myself and it's harder for me to make good decisions

What I have noticed is that I'm generally not rushing because I physically have to get

some place else, I'm rushing because of how I'm perceiving the urgency of the things

I need to do in a day.

I might not leave the house in the whole day, it's not like I have to get to the dentist

at this time and the doctor at this time and the library at this time.
