We give a lot of thought, most of us do anyway, to our diet, what we eat, when we eat,

how much we eat, if it's aligned with our goals, if it's aligned with the science that

we've heard of most recently, but there's another diet that I think we don't think about

as often, and that is your information diet, your information diet, the thoughts, the

ideas that you are taking in every single day.

I want to challenge you to transform your relationship with information and operate based

on the right information, on the most helpful information, and this includes what we read,

what we listen to, what we watch, but the most abundant input when it comes to the information

we are adding to our system, infusing into our lives, the most abundant are our thoughts.

When you say something like, I don't even care, I don't even care, I'll start tomorrow,

We're operating based on incomplete information at best, or completely inaccurate dishonest

It's not to say that what we lightheartedly call trash TV is bad, but if your quality information
