I feel like we are essentially in a fire hose torrent of information and ideas and strategies

we do with the information today? How can we put it into action? How can we create consistency

no matter what is going on in our lives? Consistency that we can count on even when we're

stressed, even when we're busy, even when we're traveling because ultimately that's what

consistency is. It's not doing it when you have time, doing it when you're home, it's

doing it all the time or the dramatic majority of the time. What I want to talk to you

today about is the fact that your primary limiter are your thoughts. At the end of the

day, the decisions that you make around food, around money, around communication, relationships,

fitness, your day-to-day choices, how you care for your home, how you interact with

your kids, how you show up for your work, flows from how you think about these things.

So with your mind, your thoughts as your primary limiter, when we make that better, when we

upgrade your thoughts, when we become better thinkers, we become better at everything. This

is the daily ongoing opportunity. If your thoughts tend to be, I deserve it. This one thing

won't hurt. I'll start tomorrow. Your choices reflect that way of thinking and it's very

hard to make progress. But as you shift to being somebody who thinks, well, what can I

do? I only have five minutes. What can I do? I don't have as much time as I would like

to, but what can I do? I'm not ready to do x, y, and z, but what can I do? What do I feel

ready to start with? Or who can help me help myself? Your choices then reflect that
