Hello, everybody. Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast and our consistency 365

0:07.1

series. I am Elizabeth Benton. I want to challenge you today. I want to challenge you right

0:12.3

now. To do the right thing, not the easy thing. Moment by moment, this can be a mantra

0:21.2

you carry with you and you begin to practice and you begin practicing now. You begin practicing

0:26.8

with whatever you are doing right now. If you're washing dishes, if you're folding laundry,

0:32.0

if you're walking on the treadmill, what will it look like to do the right thing and not

1:30.3

1:36.6

to something that is actionable for you. What does it look like? I'm recording this at 6 o'clock

1:41.0

at night. So what does it look like for me to do the right things tonight and not the easy things?

1:46.9

What would that look like? That can look like making sure I have more water before I go to bed,

1:52.8

making sure the kitchen is picked up, doing something to set myself up for success in the morning.

1:58.1

It could mean taking out my contacts instead of sleeping with them in. It could be

2:03.1

getting in 10 minute workout instead of laying on the couch or reading a book instead of scrolling
