We're going to shoot really straight today.

And I want to encourage you.

I want to strongly suggest that you stop opting in to overwhelm because you aren't focusing

on the moment at hand.

I really do see it this way.

Overwhelm is something we opt into.

It is a perspective that we choose because here's the deal.

I should do the dance social, that it is really easy to choose one great choice.

I used to say to myself all the time, I have one more good choice in me.

I have one more great choice in me.

I think we could all agree that one single great choice is pretty easy.

At the same time, it's also easy to push it off.

But overwhelm comes up when we're not thinking about a single great choice.

We're thinking about, oh my gosh, I can't possibly make great choices all the time.

That's just, that's so daunting.

What about this?

What about that?

And I don't want to miss out on this and I don't want to miss out on that.

And then you feel overwhelmed at the thought that you opted into the perspective that you
