Yesterday we talked about a very common excuse around I'm too busy.

That comes up so often I did an excuses training last week.

I think and one of the most common excuses that people felt is getting in the way is being

too busy, which I have had that arise in me so often and I just want to say this before

we get into the meat and potatoes of today's mini-sode.

The excuse itself is not a problem.

The excuse I'm too busy, I'm too tired, I'm too stressed, whatever it is, is the beginning

of a conversation with yourself and how you have that conversation determines what choice

you make.

The reason it feels like a problem is because most of us are not having a conversation.

The thought arises, I'm too busy, I don't have time, I'm too tired, I'm overwhelmed and

that's it.

There is no conversation, it's just that one liner, oh okay well then I can't do it because

I'm too busy.

When I started having a more complete conversation with myself about what am I saying I'm too

busy for?

That is more important in using my time than this.

Do I truly not have time?
