This is our Consistency 365 series where we are getting together in between our full-length

episodes that air on Mondays and Saturdays to address consistency, tools for consistency,

especially against the times, the moments, the seasons where it feels like life is just

getting in the way over and over again.

A few nights ago, I was sharing on a live inside the Consistency course about how I joined

two new courses, business-related stuff.

And I'm chuckling because I was stressed about the time, finding the time, making the

time, with all of the other competing interests in my life and priorities.

But I was sharing with them a strategy that I take when I am looking to do something new.

And I believe that this strategy is very much responsible for consistency.

Not only when I joined this one particular course, did I put the live meeting times on

my calendar as we do with meetings, right?

It's very easy when it's Thursday at 2.

That's easy to have on your calendar.

But what I also did was block out times that have nothing to do with anybody else being

involved.

There's no formal meeting, but I block time on my calendar to implement what I learn,

what I learn on the lives or what I learn from reviewing the material.

So the way that I assessed this opportunity, because we join things and we do things not
