0:14.6

going? How is your practice going? What has changed for you? I'm asking that question

0:20.7

and I really want you to pause to think about your own answer and not treat it as a rhetorical

0:27.3

for somebody but not you because I know how easy it is. I know how common it is to listen

1:40.2

I forgot about this party next week, I got to pay these bills, the pool is busted, all

1:47.0

of these different things that can feel like we're just putting out fires every day and it's

1:51.8

so much work. That's how business feels, that's how life feels when you don't have structure.

1:58.1

But when you have structure, everything feels a little easier. I've noticed this with kids.

2:04.7

So the first few months when the girls were home from the NICU, you know, they were so young,

2:08.6
