Hello everybody, welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast. I am Elizabeth

Benton. Before we get into today's consistency focus, I want to very humbly ask

for your support. Most of you guys know that my husband Chris and I have a

foundation called the Dagny Foundation. It is a 501c3 nonprofit and it goes to

support families navigating infant crisis and infant loss. We have a fundraiser

every year. It is a 5k that is primarily virtual and what that means is you can

buy a ticket and participate anywhere. At any time on any day we also do a small

live event in person that's on June 10th of 2023 for those who live on Cape

Cod but anybody can participate because you can get a ticket and walk

anywhere or you don't have to walk. You can bike, you can swim, you can sit on

your couch but your registration goes to supporting families who are

navigating infant crisis and infant loss. I set a very ambitious goal that

you know on the one hand it seems ambitious. On the other hand when I look at the

number of people who listen to this podcast doesn't seem ambitious at all. A

of 5,000 people to register for this event and we currently have fewer than 100

people registered for this event. And instead of feeling disheartened by that or

discouraged by that I am going to make more of an effort to encourage people to

support this cause. I don't want to use too much of our time here today because I

understand why you came here but please know that this is a different kind of

nonprofit in that there are no paid employees so often we don't donate to

things because we feel like the money doesn't go to the cause. It goes to the

people behind the cause and that is not the case with the Dagnier Foundation.
