I think we can all agree that there's very little that is 100

percent true in every situation and surely there are reactive people who aren't anxious and there are anxious people who wouldn't consider themselves reactive, but on the whole I think there's a lot we can take from this.

That anxiety is linked to being reactive,

and if you are less reactive, you have less anxiety.

Many, many of us are reactive.

We get an email and we react.

Somebody sends us a text message and we react.
