handful of times this is an awareness for me that has come up again as I have embraced consistency with Zero Sugar and the Golden Rules.

And I'll say that the awareness came because I was very consistent prior to the last couple of months

where I've been entirely consistent. And the change in results from being mostly

consistent to being completely consistent is staggering. Most people are in this place where if you were

asked are you consistent with any behavior that you consider to be tied to your goals, most people would say like,

I mean, yeah, I'm pretty consistent.

You'd find yourself kind of in that middle ground.

And I want you to know that that shift from doing pretty well, kind of consistent,

to truly consistent, is staggering.

You don't need to make a major change. You don't need a 180 degree overhaul to your behaviors and your patterns.

It's not major change that drive results, it's major consistency. Now some people will hear me
