Age changes some things no doubt about it. Everything changes some things time, age, the weather, everything.

But we have to be honest enough to say that our age is not the primary culprit our choices are.

And the beautiful thing about that is that no matter how old you are,

you can control your choices. You can control your mindset, you can control the quality of what you eat,

and until you can't, you can control your movement.

But being really honest with yourself helps you stay in a position of power

instead of feeling like it's out of your control

and you're just a victim of your circumstances because you're not. Age is a factor in a lot of things.

But for most people, the thing to blame for the decline in these areas of their life is their choices.

So let's get back to taking control of our choices,

optimizing our choices, holding ourselves accountable for our choices,

and looking every single day to do just a little bit better than we did yesterday.
