Summary
Have you ever set a clear goal and been super pumped to achieve it but not done the work to get there? Are you skeptical about setting goals because of your history with failing to achieve them?
Today I want to share my process for setting goals that you'll actually achieve this year. Plus, I have a worksheet to help you get into action (and stay in action). To get the free worksheet and a video demo on how to use it, head over to instagram and send me a direct message with the message "2024".

| 0:30.8 | and motivation and drive. |
| 0:33.7 | There's just a natural sense of a blank slate that comes with a new year and I don't think there's anything |

| 1:50.0 | or if we know what we want but aren't clear on how we're going to get there. |
| 1:56.8 | So let's collectively agree that we will absolutely take advantage of the drive that often accompanies a new year and a new month, |
| 2:09.1 | but we're going to do so in a new way in a way that has a lot more strategy behind it and for me personally this strategy |
| 2:21.1 | has come on the back of a lot of failure and a lot of struggle and a lot of not following through. |
