Summary
Setting goals is great. Following the process I outlined in episode 1155 certainly increases the odds of your success with defining quarterly benchmarks and daily action items by month.
But, there will still be people who define the work and then don't do it.
They'll say they'll start tomorrow. This one thing won't hurt. They'll get frustrated by slow progress and use that to justify inconsistency.
In today's episode I'm going through a handful of tools you can use to ensure that you actually do execute and you overcome the patterns and perspectives you've used in the past to go off course and miss your target.
To get a download of the questions we reviewed today, head to Instagram or Facebook and direct message me with the word "goals".
