Let's use the example of get an education, get a job, contribute to your retirement. We just decide to want those things

because we are told that those are the things that we should want. That's the path. Get married, have a baby.

We are told to want those things and it doesn't mean that there aren't people who genuinely want that and choose it outside of

being told that that's what they want, but other areas of your life, we're told that we want to watch this reality TV show. We're told

that we want to sit on the couch and have two hours to ourselves to relax. We didn't necessarily choose that out of a true blank slate of any and all

options. We learned it from other people, maybe from our parents, maybe from our other people maybe from our parents maybe from our partners maybe from our friends or our colleagues

because it's not enough to just have this goal it's not even enough to revisit

that goal and write it down daily there has to be a daily call to action or at least a call to action that is most days of a week or most days of a month.
