I hope you're having an amazing day today one of the final days of 2023 which is crazy I saw something online the other

day that was like is something that happened in 2019 still bothering you or still trying to like work through it that's about to be five years ago

Isn't that crazy? I don't even know how that's possible but anyway here we are going into a new year

wrapping up 2023 and I wanted to share with you What I think is the single most powerful message of the year in the

primal potential sphere in terms of what we talk about here on the show the most powerful message

when it comes to creating change in your life and breaking a pattern of excuses of delay, putting things off for another day.

That is what we are going to get into.

Today I'm going to give away another consistency calendar. If you haven't seen these, I've posted it on my Instagram

and in the Primal Potential Facebook group.

But the short version of the story is I created a year

at a glance poster size calendar to help you visually track consistency

by putting stickers on days for things that you want to monitor.

So every single month of the year, you can track either the same things or different things.

And say you are tracking strength training workouts you get a sticker

when you complete that strength training workout and for me it's really helpful to have that

visual of how I'm doing how it it's going, if I need to make changes.

So I'm going to give one of those away today.
