A couple times a month I go live inside the consistency course with my clients and we talk through where they're struggling, what feels hard, where they're falling short of their intentions, what excuses they're

things that was coming up was around consistency with habits when you have a weight loss goal,

especially when results feel slow.

And this is something we talk about a lot how you have to have many

reasons and I shared that one of my primary reasons that is stronger than a desire to lose weight, that is stronger than how I look

in clothes, stronger than all of those things is that I don't want to give disease a chance. There are some things that are far beyond my control

when it comes to health and longevity, but there's one thing that I control tremendously and that is how I care for my body.

And with every choice I make from having water before I have coffee, not drinking too much coffee, having

protein with my meals, minimizing sugar, minimizing seed oils, working out, getting plenty of activity,

plenty of steps, fresh air, light exposure.

With all of those things,

I'm protecting myself from disease.

I'm giving myself a better shot

when there are acute health challenges or chronic health challenges.
