Hello everybody, welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast. I am Elizabeth Benton.

0:06.8

This is another episode in our consistency 365 series where we talk about not just the

0:14.5

need for consistency. We don't even talk at all about the need for consistency because

0:17.4

I think we know we need to be consistent, but it's in the how. How do we stay consistent

0:24.4

when life is just all over the place? Just yesterday I had a plan. I had a plan for dinner.

0:31.4

It was going to be a pretty routine night and then we had friends show up and expectantly

0:35.9

and stay well, well, well past dinner times. And then it was a race because it's the kids

0:40.4

and it's bedtime, but they still need to eat. How do you still stay the course when the

0:45.3

plan gets thrown out the window? What does that look like? That is what this series is

1:22.8

that have to do with consistency? The fact that there are over 3 million podcasts and

1:28.0

primal potential ranks in the top 3,000, the top 0.1% of all podcasts globally. What that

1:37.2

has to do with consistency is the fact that I did not know how to start a podcast. So I googled

1:43.6

how to start a podcast. And before I knew what I was doing, there was no plan. I had the

1:50.8

podcast up and running in a week. It might have been five days, might have been eight days,

1:57.0

but a week. I had no plan. I did not know the whole picture, but I started. I got into

2:06.1

action and then I stayed into action, even though I had nothing figured out. I knew the first

2:14.1

step because I could Google it because I could ask somebody because I could just try something.

2:18.9

And so many people are not consistent because they spend so much time and energy in the planning
