| 0:00.0 | Hello, everybody. Welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast and our consistency 365 |
| 0:07.1 | series. I am Elizabeth Benton. Hope you're having a great day. I wanted to share with you |
| 0:11.2 | one of my favorite mantras. And it's very simply that enthusiasm is common and endurance |
| 0:22.5 | is rare. We've probably all met somebody who's really enthusiastic about a new pursuit. |
| 0:28.2 | Maybe it's a new business. Maybe it's this health kick that they're on, this sport that |
| 0:34.1 | they've taken up enthusiasm is super, super common. Endurance is rare. I want to be someone |

| 1:48.2 | Because there might be something that you can't do today, or you don't want to do today, |
| 1:51.0 | or you don't feel capable of doing today. But there's going to be something that you can |
| 1:54.8 | do. Enthusiasm is common. We've all been there. And yes, it feels good. But endurance |
| 2:01.4 | is rare and endurance is required for success. So start to look for opportunities in your |
| 2:07.4 | day, in your moments, in your decisions, to demonstrate endurance. We'll see you tomorrow. |
| 2:15.4 | Before you go, I wanted to make sure you knew that we recently made a change to our incredibly |
