to you. A very specific, doable challenge that can make a big impact.

First, before I tell you what the challenge is, I want you to think about moments of temptation,

moments where you talk yourself into something that isn't aligned with your goals or you

talk yourself out of something that is aligned with your goals. It could be, you know, you

said you weren't going to have anything after dinner tonight, but then you're like, I've

been so good. This one thing won't make a difference. Or you said you're going to work

out and then you're like, you know what, I'm kind of tired. It might be better for me

to go to bed. I can do it tomorrow. I was actually pretty active. Those moments are moments

of resistance, right? You're coming up to the crossroad where you decide, am I going

to follow through on the thing I said I was going to do? Or am I going to give myself

a pass? It's resistance to doing what you said you would do. Resistance to following

through on the commitment that you made. My challenge for you is I want you to not surrender

to the voice of temptation 100 times over 30 days. And you might have 20 of those moments

in one day. You might have two of those moments in one day. You might have one of those moments,

but I want you to accumulate 100 wins 100 instances where you endured that feeling of

resistance and didn't give in or give up. I want you to accumulate 100 moments of overcoming

that resistance in 30 days. You might get your 100 moments in 15 days. You might come

to 30 days and realize that you're at 80 and you've got to extend for five more days

or 10 more days or whatever it takes. But I want you to accumulate and you can just tally

this in your journal or in a notebook or an app on your phone. 100 wins 100 moments
