Hello, everybody. Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast. Welcome back to our

0:05.4

Consistency 365 series. This is all about taking the things that we know and implementing

0:12.4

them so that change becomes easier, so that change no longer feels like this huge gap

0:19.6

between all the tools you have and what you're actually doing day to day. That's what this

0:24.5

series is all about. And I want to stick with the theme from our last Consistency 365 episode

0:31.1

that was a question. And I want to pose another question today and remind you that I have a resource

0:36.2

of over a hundred questions. They're totally free. I send it to you automatically. If you just head

0:41.2

1:30.3

$40 for this, $140 for this, it's going to be actions that don't monetarily cost you anything,

1:37.7

but maybe they cost your time. Maybe they cost your effort. Maybe they cost a willingness from you

1:46.0

to overcome resistance or feelings like I don't care. What is it that you want and what is the cost?

1:55.2

I want to challenge you to actually sit down and write this out. One of the reasons we stay stuck

2:01.5

is because we hear things like this and we think about them for the two or three minutes of the

2:06.4

message, but we don't ever apply it. We don't ever do the work. You might hear me ask a question

2:12.2

and you might think about it for a couple minutes, but that is very different from sitting down,

2:16.5

taking the time, being intentional and writing out your answers. I would answer this differently
