Hope you're having a great day today. Thanks for joining me for another episode inside

our consistency 365 series. Yesterday, we talked about learning to stay and not needing

0:21.1

to run from every uncomfortable thought or uncomfortable feeling that comes up in our

0:28.1

body. And today, I wanted to follow that up with a question that you can use that you

0:34.9

can ask yourself in these moments, maybe where you're overwhelmed or you're frustrated

1:44.2

now? And can I let this be? Can I just let it be? Can I see what it feels like to not do

1:53.4

anything about it, to not act on it in any way? Plus, what's it like to learn to identify?

2:04.5

What's happening inside you? I was talking to a friend of mine who has a three-year-old

2:08.4

son and we were talking about how valuable it is to help our young kids learn to identify

2:19.2

and put a name to what they're feeling. Because for little ones, they just know the feeling

2:26.4

but they don't know how to communicate it. And I would say that's not limited to just
