Let's begin today's meditation by finding a comfortable position.

This could be seated or perhaps lying down. Wherever you choose to sit or lie down,

allow yourself to turn inwards, to go into your own mind, and to let go of the outside world.

And yes, this is an evolving process.

Every time we practice meditation, it's going to be different.
