I am Mary Meckley and I'm honored you are here to give yourself permission to slow down and connect to the best part of who you are. That's the part of you

0:28.7

that overwhelmed distractions and stress may conceal. Meditation allows you to tap back into your true inner nature, your peace,

0:48.9

your energy, and clarity. And those qualities are always there they are there within you you just need

2:54.5

And again, your own abilities and your qualities are usually concealed by distractions,

3:05.8

stress, and overwhelm.

3:08.6

So throughout this week, you are going to discover a different meditation technique in each episode

3:17.3

to help you draw out your inner qualities where you feel most assured and confident about.

3:32.6

And as you go throughout this series, I have a little challenge for you.

3:39.9

I challenge you each day to listen to your heart.

3:50.3

Now, many times, we might listen to other people.
