| 3:42.0 | But what you can do is you can consciously cultivate harmonious environments during your free time by things you read and watch, things you do. |
| 3:57.0 | And people you spend time within your free time. This all has to do with how you fuel yourself. So it's not only food that provides you fuel, it's also your environment. |
| 4:15.0 | Paramahansa Yogananda, who is the author of the classic book on meditation and yoga, he said in this book that environment is stronger than will. |
| 4:32.0 | So if you're able to place yourself in environments where you are supported, where you are nurtured, where people are making healthy habits, this greatly impacts the choices you make. |
| 4:48.0 | So pay close attention to your environment. And then of course, as you eat, practice eating mindfully with gratitude, with care in the way you prepare and select the food you eat and the environment where you eat your food. |
