This week we've been exploring the theme of how to be happier and in each episode you've discovered ways to use meditation techniques to become instantly happier.

And this week you've also had a very special challenge where you've been encouraged to reflect back over your day and notice when you are happier.

So you could think of it as a happiness report each day where you glance over your day and you think about what made you happy?

Was it someone you were with? Was it a location? Was it something you did or had notice what made you happy?

And if you were keeping a journal this week you might glance back over your journal and look for trends.

Look for those consistent moments of happiness and maybe do more of that.

In today's episode I want to guide you as you do what I consider to be one of the most important ways to end a meditation series or to end your day and that is through a weekly reflection.

So you'll be guided as you do that. Make sure you are subscribed because meditation is one of those rituals that you receive the most benefits, the more consistent you are.

So as you get ready to settle yourself down to meditate, know that if you are just joining us you are in the right place because each episode offers a separate unique meditation.

So as you make yourself comfortable wherever you are, make sure your spine is nice and straight to keep yourself alert and gently uplift your eyes to uplift your thoughts.

And begin to notice where you hold tension or tightness in your body and gently release it.

Whether it is an emotion that uplift you or perhaps you're experiencing a mood where it's difficult to uplift your emotional state.

Remember that one of the most important ways to be happy is to acknowledge the times when you're struggling.
