Summary
Allow yourself to see the best in others even as they struggle. Honor their highest self and the best will shine within you.
Worry and fear are a theme of the times we're living in. Your own worries and fears can seem exacerbated by the worries and fears of your environment. This week, you're guided as you begin to put worries and fears in their proper place -- by honoring them as only a part of the overall rhythm of life. You're guided as you release stress and anxiety that accompany your worries and fears.
This is day 4 of a 7-day Release Worry and Fear meditation series, episodes 2748-2754.
YOUR WEEKLY CHALLENGE
You're Invited to take part in a Reset the Rhythm of Your Life Quest. Focus on the longer rhythms of your life by releasing the worry and fear of today. Worry and fear come in cycles. It will pass.
