1:12.7	Yeah, it's our pleasure. So how would you get us started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?
1:17.8	Excellent. I am Tara J. Frank. I am an equity strategist. So I work primarily with CEOs and their C-suite teams on culture and leadership work. And I am the author of the new book,
1:30.3	The Waymakers, Clearing the Path to Workplace Equity with Competence and Confidence.
1:37.4	Fantastic. And so tell us a little bit more about the book. What's it about?
1:42.0	Yeah, good question, right? It's about a lot of things, quite honestly.
1:46.0	But the reason I wrote the book is I spend most of my time in spaces with high-level executives,
