This is episode 1,529. Welcome to the Daily Meditation Podcast. I'm Mary McLeckley and today we launch into a brand new

meditation series. We always begin a new theme that we explore for a full week.

And for this month of August, we're exploring the theme of self-care. And we're breaking it down into different

aspects of self-care. So we just last week finished up self-care for your soul. And we are launching today into self-care for your mind.

And as we explore this new theme, we'll be focusing on you bringing into your meditations,

the idea of noticing which thoughts and emotions you have each time you sit down and meditate.

Which emotions tend to elevate your energy

And so as you focus this week on your mind, self-care for your mind,
