I am so worth slowing down for. Notice how you feel when you repeat this affirmation. I'm going to be. Inhaling and exhaling through your nose. You're going to be here. Now as you focus on your fifth chakra right at your throat, this is where you experience a deep inner calm. You could visualize the color indigo surrounding your throat. And as you continue with your meditation, consider how you share your unique talents with the world and how the world responds to you. |
