Claire has over 16 years teaching experience and and runs a successful yoga teacher training program having trained over 125 teachers in the UK in the past few years. She is a Senior Teacher at triyoga, Europe's leading yoga studio and teaches worldwide. So Fia and I went to London a few years ago

when Jason did a month-long teacher training there and Claire was so generous to our family.

She took Sophia and I out to play with her daughter.

She had us over to her house and she's absolutely one of those people who lives her yoga.

She's kind, she's truly humble, and she has a great sense of humor,

which I think is really important in the yoga practice.
