Summary

In part 2 of this series on six marks of a church culture that deeply changes lives, Pete explores integrity in leadership. When we have integrity in leadership, we do not pretend to be something on the outside that we are not on the inside. Pete looks at integrity as a continuum, examines what it means to guard the integrity of the ministry or family we lead, and finally offers a few pointers on practical ways to raise the level of your own integrity that will inevitably impact those you lead.

0:54.9

in leadership. And that is we don't pretend to be something on the outside that we're not on

1:11.2

It's so large. So we'll do the best we can here in the next 30 minutes or so and expound in this

1:17.1

very, very vast topic. Because we as leaders, we determine the level of integrity in a church

1:24.1

or a ministry organization. We actually guard the culture of integrity.

1:29.3

Now, there are levels of integrity.

1:31.3

Really need to be seen as a continuum.

1:33.3

And to illustrate this, let me just share my own journey

1:36.3

in different phases around integrity.

1:38.3

So in my early years of leading prior to 1996,

1:43.3

so we're talking about the first 15 or so years of my life.
