wanted to meditate. Now you may be a long-time meditator and I know many of you have meditated with me for years.

We are launching into a brand new series this week. This is the

third week of this brand new year and this happens to be the week where many people drop their new year

resolutions. They let go of their goals. You may not set New Year's resolutions, but I'm sure there are things you want

to achieve in your life or include in your life or explore. So this is going to be a week about integrity and I decided to

select this theme because one of the reasons why you may find that you stop pursuing goals or dreams

or whatever it is you want to achieve in your life is because you stop being true to

yourself. Before you know it you can be living off someone else's agenda, even

an agenda that you might periodically check such as the news or

your social media feeds, whatever it might be, whatever you spend your time and energy on,

that becomes such an integral part of your life.
