Okay, a few weeks ago on this podcast, we did an episode where we checked in with three friends of the show.

They also happened to be professional media and entertainment people and folks who have dealt with mental health issues, folks with interesting minds.

And we checked in with them because we live in scary times right now.

What's happening in the news with the government, the economy, America in general. It's

scary. And in scary times, you do this. You check in with your friends. You find out how

they're holding up, where they're struggling, how they're persevering.

We talked to Paul F. Tompkins, Anna Marie Cox, and Gary Gullman, and it was a great episode,

insightful, humane, funny. One of the people we invited to be on was not available to record

with us in time to make it into that episode, But he was able to talk just a few days ago.
