| 0:00.0 | Hi, my name is Pete Scuzaro. I want to welcome you today to the Emotionally Healthy Leader Podcast. |
| 0:09.2 | Great to be with you. It's a beautiful day here in New York. So our topic today is planning and decision making. |
| 0:17.2 | Planning and decision making. And this is really a deep application of what we call emotionally healthy leader or |
| 0:23.8 | discipleship. |
| 0:25.9 | In fact, really there's two tracks that I invite pastors and leaders on. |
| 0:30.7 | And they both are basically interchangeable. |

| 1:19.7 | No matter where you begin, it's your whole life. |
| 1:21.5 | And the implications are great. I can say very simply leadership is high-level discipleship, high-level application of following Jesus. |
| 1:28.3 | So because our vision, I'm firmly convinced that we need a radically new culture for the church going to the 21st century and a counterculture. |
| 1:40.3 | And that's really what we're getting into here. |
| 1:42.3 | And as we talk about planning and decision, making a whole other way of looking at how we approach this in our leadership. |
