It's one of the great gifts of bringing emotionally healthy discipleship to your church and your

leadership. So I took two weeks on this because there's so much to share. And last week I gave you a sermon called Sabbath,

So let me just begin by defining Sabbath again.

It's a 24-hour time frame without any anxiety or have-toes.

And it revolves around two key texts, Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy Chapter 5.
