And I wonder how you're doing with your dream journal.

You might wake up some mornings and not remember

dreaming at all and that is fine. You might just note then in your journal how

after your sleep or maybe you're feeling a little groggy and try to think

about why that may be so? Did you toss and turn? Or did you have a lot of trouble

falling asleep? So just note in your sleep journal, along with your dreams, how you feel when you wake up.
