do you got j t big shout out all right here we go this is an interesting one from florida i was recently

roasting a bunch of batches of coffee and i thought to myself wait a second do you pre-dry your beans

living in a humid florida i've been finding that pre-drying my coffee beans in the oven

has actually helped my roasting process.

To give some background info, I have a convection oven, so I get to really control the temperature.

Mainly I go by looking through the glass door, though.

Will this overbick the beans and dull out my roasts and my sweetness and acidity?
